Thank you for supporting Sara Lynn Art. Each piece is created and prepared with care. Because our prints and greeting card sets are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue.
If approved, we will:
Replace the damaged item at no additional cost, or Offer an appropriate solution at our discretion.
Order Issues or Concerns
If there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us directly. We are committed to handling concerns personally and fairly. Our goal is for you to love what you receive.
Non-Returnable Items
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect address entry, or preference changes after shipment.
